Applicants may apply online or may call the Housing Authority office at 570-385-3400 x0 to request that an application be mailed to them. Applications may also be picked up at the Housing Authority Office. During the application process, applicants must provide proof of income and birth certificates and Social Security cards for all family members. After the application process has been completed, the applicant will be notified in writing of their eligibility.
